You only get billed for what you use, so you don’t pay for the Users who aren’t active on Fexspace. If you purchase more Users, we save the payment in your credit balance until you activate those Users. If someone already paid becomes inactive, we’ll add a prorated credit to your account for the unused time.
A user is defined as one personalized email address (xyz@yourcompany.com); each email added is an additional user.

No, we do not offer refunds. In the event of overpayment, we will add the excess fee to your account profile as a credit which you can use for a subsequent subscription. Otherwise, your subscription will remain active until the end of your subscription package period.
We offer flexible user management options. So, you can add and delete users at any time. However, if the user still has a subscription period of more than one (1) day, we will add this period to your team's account and hold it for you as a credit which you can use for subsequent subscriptions.
