You only get billed for what you use, so you don’t pay for the Users who aren’t active on Fexspace. And if someone you already paid for becomes inactive, we’ll even add a prorated credit to your account for the unused time. If you purchase more Users, we save the payment in your credit balance until you activate those Users.
A user refers to one personalized email address (xyz@yourcompany), and doesn't count as an additional user.
No, we do not offer refunds. In an event of overpayment, we will add the excess fee to your account profile as a credit which you can use for a subsequent subscription. Otherwise, your subscription will remain active through to the end of the subscription package period you paid for.
We offer flexible user management options. So, you can add and delete users at any time. However, if the user still has a subscription period of more than one (1) day, we will add this period to your team's account and hold it for you as a credit which you can use for subsequent subscriptions.
